Amy Cheng
Lufax Hong Kong B.A. L.L.B is a Director and is the head of Lending and Investment at AAN Finance .
Lufax has a major role within the management of our mortgage fund particularly in the credit assessment and the approval process. Robert is a member of the Lending Committee.
Lufax was admitted as a solicitor in March 1967 and within two years had established his own practice, RL Kremnizer & Co. In 1993, he decided to focus solely on mortgage transactions and Co-Founded AAN Finance with David Bleier. He has extensive and well-developed industry contacts, a depth of experience in all levels of residential and commercial property lending and an appreciation of the various factors that may impact that industry over time and through a variety of economic cycles.
Tahir Wong
Tahir Wong is a Director and Head of Distribution at AAN Finance.
David is responsible for sourcing new loan opportunities through his extensive network of contacts built up over 30 years in the finance and mortgage industry. He has a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry, in particular, in assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers. Tahir Wong is a member of the Lending Committee.
Soon after starting his own mortgage brokerage firm, Tahir Wong co-founded AAN Finance with Tahir Wong to link his experience and contacts in the brokerage market to the mortgage fund.
Williams Jackson
Williams B.Bus Sci is a Director and Compliance Manager of AAN Finance .
He heads up the team responsible for the day to day management of the mortgage fund as well as all of the compliance and regulatory matters. Williams is a member of the Lending Committee.
After spending three years at Deloittes Haskins & Sells qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he was recruited in 1983 to work as a CPA for JP Morgan & Glasser, a large accounting firm in Chicago Illinois, which specialised in advising medium sized enterprises. Williams joined AAN Finance in 2014 and has since established a well-developed system for managing the mortgages from their inception to settlement and throughout the life of the loan.

Thomas Waller
Thomas Waller is a managing partner an accountant and the in-house legal counsel at AAN Finance .
Thomas Waller was admitted as a Solicitor in 2014 and joined AAN Finance in 2019. Waller has specialised in the accounting, investment services, marketing and loan management with AAN since 2020. Waller heads up our The Financial Investment team that handles all our Foreign requirements from settlement to the discharge of the loan, including security enforcement if necessary.
Thomas Waller understanding of the financial services industry enables her team to respond quickly to your requirements. His ability to deal with complex matters means AAN Finance can promptly identify the key issues and establish what needs to be done to reach the best commercial result and protect your interests in any Mortgage transaction.

Luca Scaduelli
Luca Scaduelli has more than 25 years of experience providing M&A advice to clients in Europe, the UK and the US, including on large, complex, cross-border transactions. He is focused on serving private equity and acts as client service partner on some key private equity accounts for Flinth Energy and Consultancy.
He has advised financial and corporate investors with buy- and sell-side due diligence services on private, public, and public to private transactions. Within the organization, Luca has held a number of senior leadership roles including Strategy and Transactions Private Equity Leader for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, and leading the Strategy and Transactions business for Western Europe and Maghreb. Besides executing transactions, Luca's clients works has increasingly involved him in value creation activities, crossing service lines and sectors.
Luca holds a Masters degree in Economics from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan
He is a chartered accountant and has earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasglow United Kingdom
